Job Title / Position

Assistant Manager - Asset Management Department

The position generally will be responsible for the following

  • Preparing project financial models and investment proposals

  • Coordinating the valuation of the lands portfolio via overseeing the work of external property appraisers

  • Monitoring the performance of the Banks income producing assets and preparing periodic reports for relevant stakeholders

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or equivalent

  • Minimum 5 years’ of relevant experience

  • Strong analytical skills knowledge and mathematical understanding

  • Proficiency in Excel

  • Preferably with CFA or RICS certification
