Asset Management

The Asset Management (AM) department administers and monitors the financial performance of the Bank's income generating assets and studies the financial potential of assets/lands, granted by the Government of Bahrain from time to time, for onward development.

The AM department aims at maximising the financial returns through continuous improvements of the Bank’s assets’ metrics (cost, revenue, efficiency, etc.).

In working with the private sector, it offers financial monitoring services throughout the partnerships’ life to the shareholders, ensuring that forecasted financial returns are continuously measured and the business is monitored with appropriate course corrective measures being implemented to meet and exceed financial returns.

It also acts as investment manager for financial instruments sponsored by the Bank and floated on the Bahrain Bourse, striving to monitor, deliver and improve on projected financial returns.
