Listed on Bahrain Bourse in January 2017, to date EBRIT is the only listed Sharia Compliant REIT in Bahrain. The inaugural Trust property includes Segaya Plaza (“SP”) and Danaat Al Madina (“DM”). SP is located in Al Sugaya area in Manama and is comprised of 105 residential apartments and 15 showrooms, while DM is comprised of 2 low-rise office buildings and 44 retails units in Isa Town. Eskan Bank owns circa 32% of EBRIT and acts as the Investment Manager of the Trust.
