Investment Banking

The Investment Banking department originates and structures all investment activities of the Bank, whether solely or through partnerships with the private and public sectors. It also implements various investment banking/private equity ventures, as per the Bank’s memorandum and articles of association and in line with the prevailing strategy approved by the board of directors.

Most of its focus is towards real estate development that serves the social housing agenda or other developments that redirect monetisation towards said agenda.

The department offers financial advisory services during origination and throughout the partnerships’ setup to the potential partners, ensuring that optimal financial returns are accurately forecasted.

The department also provides financial advisory to the Ministry of Housing & Urban Planning and negotiates on its behalf in matters where it is mandated to do so.
