Eskan Bank welcomes trainees from "Kafaat" Program
In order to activate the principle of community cooperation and support of Bahraini youth, the Human Resources Department of Eskan Bank organized “Kafaat” program to train recent graduates of university students. This program aims to enhance their professional capabilities and prepare them for the job market.
Dr. Khalid Abdullah, the General Manager of Eskan Bank, expressed pride in the Bank's ongoing commitment to social responsibility. He also acknowledged the Central Bank of Bahrain and the Bahrain Association of Banks for their interest in these training programs, which aim to improve performance efficiency and shape future career plans for graduates. This initiative contributes to the overall development of the national workforce and the local economy.
Furthermore, Dr. Abdullah highlighted that participants will undergo six months of intensive training with the Bank starting from June 2023. Participants will rotate through various departments and sections of the Bank, while also participating in training courses focused on competency development and essential behaviors needed for entering the job market. The goal is to empower and equip them with the comprehensive skills and experiences necessary for future leadership roles.
The implementation of the "Kafaat" program aligns with Eskan Bank's focus on developing the scientific skills of new graduates from various disciplines. This initiative aims to enhance the national workforce and prepare qualified Bahraini professionals to meet the current and future needs of the bank.
