Scope of Disruptions

Our BCP addresses a range of potential disruptions (site specific, city wide, and region wide events, including cyber incidents).

Response Approach

We prioritize critical operations (customer servicing, payments, finance and mortgage operations, treasury, digital platforms) and switch to alternate sites and remote arrangements as needed, supported by resilient technology, and tested procedures.

Continuity of Business

Eskan Bank plans to continue business during disruptions to the extent permitted by safety, infrastructure, and regulatory guidance.

Planned Recovery Times

We target same day recovery for customer servicing and payments and within 24–72 hours for other critical functions. Actual times may vary depending on the nature and severity of the disruption.

Review Cadence

We review and test our BCP at least annually and after material events, with oversight by senior management and the Board.
