TERMS

The first stage is disbursed to purchase the land, the difference between the land price and the first stage amount is paid by the applicant

The second and third stages are disbursed subsequently to build the housing unit


Repayment term up to 30 years

Financing can be obtained either from Eskan Bank or partner banks.


  • If financeis obtained from Eskan Bank, then property to be mortgaged as security for the financing with Eskan Bank.
  • If finance is obtained from partner banks, then property to be mortgaged to the financing bank.
