“Eskan Online”, is the first digital platform specialized in providing Citizens the ability to complete their housing financing processes digitally.

"Eskan Online" enables citizens who have been allocated housing financing by the Ministry of Housing and Urban Planning to remotely complete all the internal processes and requirements related to their housing financing service without the need to visit Eskan Bank’s branches in an easy, efficient and secure manner.

This new platform allows you to:

• View updates on your Mazaya application.
• Check, review and complete your T’asheel application online at your convenience.
• Speed up the process by attaching all the necessary documents on the system.
• Manage and view your account balance.
• Get access to check your financing plan at any time.
• Request specific banking services such as: outstanding financing balance, and full statement issuance and others.

• Find Eskan Online’s button at the top of the page.
• Click the icon to access Eskan Online landing page.
• Click the button in the landing page to proceed and log in using your personal number and password.

• On the main page, click on (Register as a new user).
• View and accept the terms of service and privacy policy.
• Fill out all the required information.
• Set your password (make sure to supply a strong password that is 8 to 20 characters in length) then follow the instructions on the screen/page.
• Click submit to move to the next step.
• A one-time-passcode (OTP) will be sent to your registered mobile number.
• Enter the code and click submit to complete your registration process.

Select one of the methods to verify your identity and complete your registration.

• Method 1: Activate using OTP by supplying the residential block and road number to receive an activation code on your mobile, proceed with entering the code to access the platform successfully.
• Method 2: Use your eGoverment advanced eKey to obtain a registration key. Once clicked, you’ll be automatically transferred to eGoverment’s portal to log in via your e-key and complete the process.
• Method 3: Submit an identity confirmation request by conducting an online live scan to provide facial biometric authentication and scanning your official identity documents. To complete the live face scanning process, make sure you look directly into the camera, and take the required images from four different angles.
