Eskan Bank Integrates with the National Suggestions and Complaints System "Tawasul"

Eskan Bank announced its integration with the national suggestions and complaints system "Tawasul," in coordination with the Information and eGovernment Authority. This step comes within the framework of the bank's pursuit to diversify direct communication channels with citizens and enhance positive interaction with all their suggestions, inquiries, and comments through the system.

On this occasion, Mr. Abdulla Taleb, the General Manager of Eskan Bank, affirmed the bank's keenness to keep pace with the digital transformation in providing its services, emphasizing the importance of adopting a policy of development and modernization for all service and development sectors, pointingout that the bank's integration with the "Tawasul" system contributes significantly to continuing to enhance and grow performance and provide services to citizens with high and distinguished quality, in addition to the speedy resolution of all incoming comments.



The general manager of Eskan Bank also noted that citizens can submit their suggestions, inquiries, and comments on a group of financing services provided by Eskan Bank, such as housing finance services, housing requirements, purchase financing, requirements for obtaining housing finance, new financing services, and developed financing services, among others.

Mr. Taleb noted Eskan Bank's keenness to review the suggestions and ideas submitted by citizens to contribute to developing the bank's procedures, which enhances the principle of community partnership, adding that the bank will deal with all incoming ideas, suggestions, and comments from various individuals and respond to them as soon as possible, in addition to studying the suggestions and working to implement them according to the available capabilities and resources.

It is worth mentioning that the national suggestions and complaints system "Tawasul" bahrain.bh/Tawasul was launched in January 2014, and the (Tawasul) application was launched through the eGovernment applications store bahrain.bh/apps in 2016, with the aim of continuing to improve the user experience and enhance and facilitate direct communication between government agencies and the public.



Since its launch until today, the system has contributed to enhancing the performance of government agencies and providing high-quality services to all, as well as supporting the open-door policy in government work and empowering individuals to participate in the development and decision-making process and achieving justice and equality in dealing with various cases and unifying the government's policy of dealing with comments.

It is also worth noting that the total number of government agencies joining the system to date has reached (58) government agencies, and that one of the most prominent services available through the system and the application is the "Picture to Develop" service in the Tawasul application with the activation of the GPS feature, and uploading documents through the features of mobile phones in addition to benefiting from the features of smart devices and employing them in the Tawasul application, and providing a feature to thank and praise the employee, and others.
