Eskan Bank and Green Line Middle East for Real Estate Sign BOT Agreement to Develop Land in Madinat Salman

Manama, Bahrain: Eskan Bank and Green Line Middle East for Real Estate have signed a Build-Operate-Transfer (BOT) agreement to establish and develop an automotive care center in Madinat Salman. The agreement was signed by Mr. Ahmed Tayara, Chief Business Officer and Deputy General Manager, and Mr. Najib Mohammed Hajras, owner of Green Line Middle East for Real Estate.

Mr. Ahmed Tayara emphasized the success of the Government Land Investment Platform in attracting investors seeking to develop quality projects on government-designated investment lands. He highlighted the platform's advantages, which include a unified platform for displaying all investment land data. He also noted that the initiative to launch the platform falls under the priority of strengthening the partnership between the public and private sectors, as well as stimulating investment activity, developing lands, and accelerating the implementation of development projects for citizens and residents of the Kingdom.

The project, which will be the first of its kind in Madinat Salman, will be built on a land area of 3,292.7 square meters and will include an automotive care center and commercial shops to serve the area.

During the signing ceremony, Mr. Ahmed Tayara announced that Green Line Middle East for Real Estate had fulfilled all the terms and conditions of the tender for the establishment and development of the automotive care center in Madinat Salman on one of the bank's lands.

For his part, Mr. Najib Mohammed Hajras expressed his happiness with the award of this tender to his company, noting that this project will contribute to the development of vital sectors in the Kingdom and will also contribute to raising the level of essential services for citizens and residents. Hajras pointed out that engineering studies for the project have begun by an accredited engineering office, and work is underway on all designs and obtaining the necessary licenses to start implementing the project.

This project aligns with the Kingdom's development goals and showcases the successful partnership between the public and private sectors in the Kingdom of Bahrain.
