The Ministry of Housing and Urban Planning and the Housing Bank signed a platinum sponsorship agreement with Diyar Al Muharraq for the second edition of the Innovation in Social Housing Conference and Exhibition, as part of partnerships aimed at leveraging the real estate sector’s expertise in developing more sustainable and integrated housing solutions and communities.

Her Excellency Ms. Amna bint Ahmed Al Rumaihi, Minister of Housing and Urban Planning and Chairperson of the Board of Directors of the Housing Bank, affirmed that real estate development companies represent an important partner in developing the social housing system, given their expertise in planning and implementing integrated urban projects and communities.

She noted that the conference opens the door for the exchange of experiences and ideas between government agencies, developers, financial institutions and experts, which contributes to exploring new models that achieve optimal land use and enhance the quality and sustainability of residential communities.

For his part, Engineer Ahmed Ali Al-Emadi, CEO of Diyar Al Muharraq, affirmed the company’s pride in sponsoring the conference, pointing to the importance of promoting innovation and future-oriented thinking in the field of urban development, and benefiting from modern experiences in creating integrated communities that meet the aspirations of citizens and keep pace with the requirements of sustainability and quality of life.
