Polytechnic University Students complete the practical training program at Eskan Bank.

In line with its social responsibilities and commitment to supporting and training national competencies, Eskan Bank announced the conclusion of the practical training program for several students from Polytechnic University, which is an essential part of their academic graduation requirements. The program lasted for three months and provided students with the opportunity to familiarize themselves with the work environment in the banking sector and gain practical skills in various banking departments, contributing to enhancing their readiness for the job market.

On this occasion, Mr. Adnan Janahi, Assistant General Manager for Human Resources and Administration, stated: "We at Eskan Bank are pleased to contribute to the preparation of qualified young professionals through comprehensive training programs that focus on practical and knowledge aspects in the banking sector. Organizing these programs comes from our belief that human capital is the foundation of success, and the Bank's constant commitment to developing skills and motivating competencies within a supportive and distinguished institutional environment."

Furthermore, Mr. Janahi added that the Program aims to integrate students into a real work environment by assigning them to different departments, which gives them a unique opportunity to learn and acquire professional skills, in addition to becoming familiar with available job opportunities after graduation. This enhances their self-confidence and provides them with a clear future vision. This program is part of Eskan Bank's ongoing efforts to support educational institutions and prepare Bahraini youth to engage in the labour market by honing their skills and enhancing their capacities, which positively reflects on the quality of performance in various national sectors.
