In line with its social responsibilities and commitment to supporting and training national competencies, Eskan Bank announced the conclusion of the practical training program for several students from Polytechnic University, which is an essential part of their academic graduation requirements. The program lasted for three months and provided students with the opportunity to familiarize themselves with the work environment in the banking sector and gain practical skills in various banking departments, contributing to enhancing their readiness for the job market.

On this occasion, Mr. Adnan Janahi, Assistant General Manager for Human Resources and Administration, stated: "We at Eskan Bank are pleased to contribute to the preparation of qualified young professionals through comprehensive training programs that focus on practical and knowledge aspects in the banking sector. This enhances their self-confidence and provides them with a clear future vision.
